Commercial Conditions

The contracting party, in order to confirm the requested trips, programs or full packages, shall have to make a 50% of down payment and the rest 30 days before the trip date.

The parties agree that if the client gives up to do the requested trip by any reason 60 days before it and less than 41 and 31 days, TURISMO AKAINIJ will deduct 40% of the package total value; between 41 and 31 days 50%; between 31 and 21 days 80% and between 20 and 00 days a hundred per cent.

The company expressly states that the trips will be initiated if the weather conditions allow it on the day and time of this contract, but if not that could mean a delay, not a cancellation.
